General Conditions for Bicycle Repair
1. Diagnostics and Quotes
1.1 A complete diagnosis will be carried out on the bike before any repair.
1.2 A quote will be provided to the customer, specifying the estimated cost of the repairs and necessary parts.
2. Repair Autorisation
2.1 The customer must give his consent before the repairs are carried out.
2.2 If the customer refuses repairs after the diagnosis, diagnostics costs may apply.
3. Repair Times
3.1 Repair times will be communicated to the customer during acceptance of the quote.
3.2 The store cannot be held responsible for delays independent of his will.
4. Collection of Repaired Bicycles
4.1 The customer must collect the repaired bicycle within 2 days following the notification of the end of the work.
4.2 Storage charges may apply in the event of late collection.
5. Cost of Repairs
5.1 Costs of repairs include labor and parts specified in the quote.
5.2 Any additional work not included in the initial quote will be subject to an estimate and will require the client's autorisation.
6. Warranty
6.1 Repairs are guaranteed against defects of the workmanship for 7 days from the date of return of the bicycle.
6.2 The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or accident.
7. Payment
7.1 Full payment is due upon return of the repaired bike.
7.2 The accepted payment methods are [cash, credit card, cheques].
8. Store Responsibility
8.1 The store cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries or property damage occurring while using the repaired bike.
8.2 The store cannot be held responsible for bicycles not recovered within the specified time frame.
9. Modification of the Conditions
9.1 The store reserves the right to modify these general conditions at any time. The new conditions will be published and will take effect immediately.
10 . Mediator
In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer, subject to article L.612.2 of the code of consumption, has the option of submitting a request for amicable resolution by means of mediation, within a period of less than one year from its written complaint to the professional.
ANNECYCLE has designated, by registration registered under number
53047/VM/2405 SAS Médiation Solution as a management entity mediation of consumption.
To contact the mediator, the consumer must make their request:

- Either by email to: contact@sasmediationsolution-conso.fr
- Either by completing the online form entitled “Refer to the mediator” on the website https://www.sasmediationsolution-conso.fr
hatever the means of referral used, the request must imperatively contain :
- The postal, telephone and electronic contact details of the applicant,
- Name, address and registration number at Sas Médiation Solution, from the professional concerned,
- A brief statement of the facts,
- Copy of the prior complaint,
- All documents allowing the processing of the request (voucher order, invoice, proof of payment, etc.).
